First consultation

The first consultation is the starting point for working together. During this session, I make an initial interview to get to know you, understand your situation, and gather as much information as possible. This allows me to design a personalized itinerary tailored to your needs.
I can do it online, at your home, or at any location that's convenient for you, as long as it's in Madrid or within a 10-km radius.

From €150 (1st consultation + 3 subsequent consultations package)

Successive queries
Adapted Diets
In the following consultations, we will design a diet plan and healthy habits tailored to each patient's needs (conditions, lifestyle, time management, tastes, preferences, goals, etc.).
We'll also assess your progress, adjust recommendations, and provide support to help you achieve your goals in a sustainable and easy way.
Follow-up visits are recommended every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the case.

Home food inspection service
Eating Habits
This service allows you to receive advice based on the foods and ingredients you have at home.
We'll analyze these, identify the less healthy ones, and give you ideas for replacing them with more suitable ones based on your situation.
