About me
I'm Anna Woja, a dietitian and nutritional coach certified in female hormonal health. Although this is one of my specialties, my work goes much further: I help people of all ages improve their nutrition and overall well-being.
I don't believe in restrictive diets because I know they aren't sustainable in the long term. I prefer to help people create new habits or adapt existing ones to achieve a healthy and realistic lifestyle.
I work with both healthy people looking to prevent health issues and patients already living with conditions: from excess weight associated with menopause to prediabetes and diabetes, or young people who need support to improve their relationship with food.
My goal is to guide each patient to learn to nourish themselves with balance, freedom, and without guilt.
